Ocotillo Technology Fabrication DSIRE (Diffusion) Module Engineer

This engineer will support the DSIRE diffusion module by managing 300mm equipment, monitoring performance, maintaining process control, and resolving excursions. The position contributes to new technology introductions through tool installation, conversion, qualification, process characterization, and transfer into high-volume manufacturing. It works closely with process, integration, yield, maintenance, and factory teams to improve defectivity, productivity, stability, and tool availability. The engineer may also provide on-shift support and help train engineers during factory or technology transfers.
