Ocotillo Technology Fabrication DSIRE (Diffusion) Module Engineer

This engineer will support the DSIRE diffusion module by managing 300mm equipment, monitoring performance, maintaining process control, and resolving excursions. The position contributes to new technology introductions through tool installation, conversion, qualification, process characterization, and transfer into high-volume manufacturing. It works closely with process, integration, yield, maintenance, and factory teams to improve defectivity, productivity, stability, and tool availability. The engineer may also provide on-shift support and help train engineers during factory or technology transfers. This opportunity suits an experienced semiconductor manufacturing professional with strong analytical, troubleshooting, experimental design, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical, Chemistry, Chemical, Mechanical or related STEM) with 3+ years experience OR Master's degree with 1+ years experience3+ years semiconductor fabrication experience sustaining manufacturing toolsetsDirect experience managing diffusion or implant module semiconductor equipmentDemonstrated improvements in defectivity and equipment availabilityStrong analytical skills with ability to investigate root causes and apply statistical methodsExperience supporting high-volume manufacturing ramps and technology transfers
