Senior Electrical Engineer II, Robotics

This senior-level position owns the complete lifecycle of electronic circuit and system design for Axon's robotics product line, from initial concept through mass production. The role combines hands-on technical expertise in high-speed embedded systems, PCB design, and hardware bring-up with leadership responsibilities for mentoring junior team members and driving quality across design reviews. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline9+ years of electronics design experience with high-speed digital systems, embedded processors, memory interfaces, and digital busesProficiency in schematic design tools (Cadence/OrCAD preferred) and PCB layout collaboration (rigid, flex, rigid-flex)Hands-on expertise with oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, and circuit bring-up/debugExperience designing for EMI/ESD compliance and regulatory standards (FCC, CE, IEC)Strong collaboration skills with firmware, PCB, and mechanical engineers across geographically distributed teams
