Industrial Reclaim Water Plant (IRWP) Design Engineer

This engineer will support planning and detailed design of industrial reclaim water systems, including clean-water and wastewater treatment processes, piping, and P&ID documentation. The position involves coordinating across organizations, evaluating new treatment technologies, and ensuring designs satisfy both local and international requirements while supporting reliable, continuous plant operations. The engineer will work closely with construction contractors, suppliers, manufacturing personnel, and facilities groups to identify and resolve quality or reliability issues. TSMC is seeking a technically capable, self-directed professional who can communicate clearly, manage design documentation, and contribute practical solutions to environmental and process challenges. The role is based onsite in Phoenix, may include Taiwan travel for training or meetings, and requires comfort with physically demanding industrial work and hazardous operating environments.
