Process Engineer

This engineer will join QCi’s Technology Manufacturing team supporting its TFLN photonics foundry. Responsibilities include running semiconductor fabrication equipment, developing and scaling lithography, etching, deposition, plating, and cleaning processes, and using advanced metrology to characterize devices and investigate defects. The role also involves applying statistical process control and designed experiments, resolving equipment or process issues, and creating clear operating and process documentation. The engineer will work closely with integration, equipment, design, and other foundry specialists while helping move experimental processes into wafer-scale manufacturing. It suits an experienced semiconductor or photonics process engineer who enjoys hands-on cleanroom work, data-driven improvement, and technical collaboration.
