Benefits Specialist

This position serves as a central resource for employee questions about health, retirement-related protection, leave, wellness, and other benefit offerings. It manages benefit transactions in HR systems and vendor platforms, reconciles invoices, and helps maintain compliance and data accuracy. The specialist partners with HR colleagues, vendors, and new employees through orientations, enrollment activities, communications, and issue resolution. The role suits an organized HR or benefits professional who can handle confidential information, analyze data in Excel, communicate clearly, and adapt within a fast-moving environment. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Phoenix during standard weekday hours.
