HVAC Maintenance Technician 2

This hands-on technician supports Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector facilities by maintaining commercial and industrial heating, cooling, refrigeration, ventilation, and environmental-control equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing failures, repairing mechanical and electrical systems, servicing chillers and air handlers, managing refrigerant systems, and maintaining centralized HVAC computer controls. The technician will also help preserve high-technology clean-room conditions and follow strict safety procedures for hazardous waste and regulated materials. The position is fully onsite in Chandler, Arizona, follows a 9/80 schedule, and involves approximately 10% travel. It suits an experienced HVAC or service technician with industrial experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work across mechanical, electrical, controls, and refrigeration systems.
