Photomask Process/Equipment Engineer
This engineer will support the photomask organization responsible for mask writing, processing, inspection, repair, cleaning, and metrology in a leading-edge semiconductor facility. The position balances process engineering with equipment ownership, including developing experiments, analyzing data, installing and qualifying tools, improving uptime, and resolving complex issues. The engineer will work closely with manufacturing personnel, suppliers, and cross-functional partners to close technology gaps and maintain reliable, high-yield operations. They will also create procedures and training based on established methods so technicians can perform consistently in high-volume manufacturing. The role suits an engineering or science graduate with strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills who is comfortable working onsite in clean-room environments and supporting night shifts or weekend rotations.
