Senior Accountant

This position sits within ASML’s Financial Operations organization and helps maintain accurate accounting and reporting for U.S. entities under U.S. GAAP. The accountant will handle month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, journal entries, lease and fixed-asset accounting, government submissions, and SOX control activities. The role also contributes to audits, resolves accounting issues, and improves processes through Lean practices, automation, ERP initiatives, and finance transformation work. Success requires close collaboration with U.S. and international partners and the ability to explain financial findings clearly. It is well suited to an experienced accounting professional who is analytical, detail-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a complex multinational environment.
