Corporate Director, Product Unit - Surface Modification

The Corporate Director will oversee a multidisciplinary team of roughly 25–30 people working across hardware, process development, product support, and product management. This leader will shape the roadmap for surface modification technologies such as pre-clean, post-treatment, and standalone solutions while ensuring programs meet customer, quality, cost, and schedule expectations. The position partners with product, marketing, account, research, and operations leaders to connect technical development with market needs and business priorities. It also involves engaging major semiconductor customers, sponsoring complex cross-functional initiatives, and expanding the organization’s leadership capabilities.
