Lead, Resilience Governance

This position sits within Waymo’s Safety organization and reports to the leader overseeing resilience policy and process. It owns the design and ongoing improvement of resilience governance, including crisis response frameworks, escalation models, operational workflows, and supporting tools across global markets. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, Facilities, Legal, Policy, vendors, and other stakeholders to standardize processes and ensure continuity as the business scales. It also leads post-incident reviews, corrective-action tracking, SMS assurance, and preparation for audits or regulatory evaluations.
