Development Program Operations Manager

This manager serves as the key operations connection between the program management office, functional leaders, and manufacturing sites supporting a development program. The position guides factory integration, communicates requirements, supports proposals and gate reviews, manages operations budgets and estimates, and reports progress and issues to leadership. It also partners with design teams to improve product producibility and affordability and helps move new hardware from development into production. Regular factory presence, cross-functional problem solving, customer commitment management, domestic travel, and occasional extended hours are expected. This opportunity suits an experienced manufacturing or operations leader who can influence across a matrixed organization and who holds an active Secret clearance as a U.S. citizen or eligible U.S. person.

Requirements

University degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree and 7+ yearsManufacturing, production, or operations experience using PRISM or a comparable inventory systemExperience with risk and opportunity management and CAM certificationExperience managing support plans, BOEs, budgets, or schedules in a matrixed environmentKnowledge of development proposals, MPS/IMP/IMS scheduling, NPI, or transition to productionActive Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required
