Project Director

This position oversees one or more project teams and supports Project Managers delivering major infrastructure and process-related initiatives for strategic Electronics customers. The director monitors project risks, budgets, schedules, scope changes, and deliverables across the full execution lifecycle, while ensuring a safe handoff to facility operations. The role includes presenting regular updates to senior leadership, conducting customer reviews, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. It also contributes to project development, execution planning, continuous improvement, and change management across Air Liquide entities. This opportunity suits an experienced project or construction leader with a high-tech or semiconductor background who can manage multiple teams and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
