Senior Engineer I, Technical Program Management

This position sits within ASM’s technical program management and product change function, serving as the central lead for configuration and release activities across global operations. It coordinates engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, product, and account teams to implement product updates while controlling inventory, timing, documentation, and operational risk. The engineer will also maintain product structures and models using PLM, ERP, BOM, and 3D CAD tools. The role is well suited to an experienced technical program or systems engineer who can manage complex mechanical and electrical products, influence stakeholders in a matrix organization, and turn complex issues into practical execution plans. ASM’s collaborative, international semiconductor environment offers opportunities to improve processes and support advanced equipment product lines.
