Senior Principal Systems Engineer (Onsite)

This engineer will guide effector system development across the full lifecycle, from operational concepts and architecture through deployment and sustainment. Working within the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities organization, the position partners with customers, suppliers, program leaders, and engineers from multiple disciplines. Responsibilities include leading analyses, requirements verification, system integration, qualification, validation, flight-test planning, production support, and technical reviews. The role is well suited to an experienced systems engineer who can lead cross-functional teams, communicate technical decisions clearly, and operate effectively in test-focused development environments. Applicants must be U.S. citizens eligible for the required DoD clearance and should be comfortable working onsite in Tucson.
