Training Promotion Specialist

This position sits within TSMC Arizona’s Training Promotion Team, which develops and delivers learning programs ranging from new-hire orientation through leadership development. The specialist will create and facilitate courses, coordinate scheduling and training resources, and advise employees, managers, and instructors on learning-related needs. Responsibilities also include administering SAP LMS functions, preparing reports, analyzing program outcomes, and building Excel-based models and presentations for management. The role supports training operations and system improvements for Fab 21 in an onsite Phoenix environment with no expected travel. It is well suited to a bilingual Mandarin-English professional with a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and organizational skills, and practical experience with training systems and data analysis.
