Administrator III

This position supports Microchip’s transportation function by managing inbound and outbound shipments from scheduling through final delivery. The administrator works with carriers, freight forwarders, logistics providers, warehouses, procurement, and customer service teams to address issues and keep goods moving efficiently. Responsibilities also include maintaining shipping records, preparing customs and freight documentation, monitoring transportation dashboards, and reviewing carrier performance. The role suits an organized logistics professional who can analyze data, manage competing priorities, communicate across teams, and improve processes. It is an office-based position with no travel and requires practical knowledge of transportation regulations, customs, and international shipping.
