Amkor Technology Arizona is seeking a facilities electrical technician responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical power distribution systems that support facility operations. This role ensures the safe, reliable, and continuous operation of low-voltage and medium-voltage electrical infrastructure, including switchgear, panelboards, transformers, generators, and emergency power systems. The technician supports construction, commissioning, and ongoing operations to ensure all electrical systems meet safety codes, performance expectations, and site reliability standards. Duties include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical distribution equipment; inspecting and maintaining grounding systems; conducting electrical testing; ensuring electrical systems comply with maintenance and calibration requirements; troubleshooting power circuits; responding to electrical emergencies; supporting installation of conduit, wiring, and equipment; assisti

Requirements

Three or more years of industrial or commercial electrical maintenance experienceStrong working knowledge of low-voltage electrical power distribution systems below 600VAbility to read and interpret electrical single-line diagrams, wiring schematics, and panel schedulesProficiency with electrical test instruments and safe electrical work practicesExperience using CMMS systems for work order management and maintenance documentationAbility to work in various weather conditions and awkward positionsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work in mechanical spaces, rooftops, and equipment roomsExposure to sharp, hot, and cold equipment
