Industrial Engineer Section Manager M5

This onsite leadership position oversees industrial engineering projects that improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen delivery performance across several Raytheon factories. The manager will hire, coach, assign work to, and evaluate a team of industrial engineers while ensuring compliance with company, safety, training, and ethics requirements. Responsibilities include guiding process optimization, capacity and manpower planning, facility design, simulation, Lean transformations, and performance measurement. The role works closely with manufacturing, logistics, engineering, quality, facilities, and environmental health and safety organizations to shape factory investments and production strategies. It also involves presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leaders and supporting proposals, new contracts, and product integration.
