Senior Manager-Applications (Analog Power)

This leader will develop a geographically distributed applications organization and guide the managers responsible for technical performance, staffing, and customer support. They will partner with marketing and engineering leaders to shape product roadmaps, define new products, and align Analog Power offerings with broader system solutions. The position also engages important customers, monitors market and competitive developments, and helps ensure new product programs are delivered effectively. It suits an experienced analog or power semiconductor applications executive who can connect deep technical expertise with business priorities. Experience in automotive or safety-critical development would be advantageous, as would familiarity with relevant reliability and functional-safety standards.
