Sr Finance Manager, Product FP&A

This Senior Finance Manager position focuses on financial planning and analysis for Axon's product organization, requiring someone to manage R&D budgets, lead forecasting processes, and support strategic business decisions across engineering and product teams. The role involves owning budget accountability, driving cost reduction and headcount reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to prioritize product roadmaps based on profit contribution and resource constraints. This position suits an experienced financial analyst with strong modeling and communication skills who thrives in fast-paced environments and can independently drive process improvements while working with both financial and operational leaders. You'll have exposure to full P&L responsibility and opportunity to use AI tools to enhance reporting efficiency. The role requires onsite presence four days per week at one of seven Axon Hub locations and reports directly to the VP of Finance.
