Sr Finance Manager, Product FP&A

This role sits within Axon’s FP&A function and provides financial insight across multiple product areas, with responsibility for R&D operating and capital expenditure planning. The manager will evaluate product roadmaps, develop investment cases, monitor spending, and help leaders make decisions based on profitability, resource needs, and strategic priorities. They will also contribute to corporate forecasting, executive reviews, portfolio planning, and targeted analyses that improve reporting efficiency. Success requires strong cross-functional leadership, sound financial modeling, and the ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment. It is well suited to an experienced finance professional with technology, SaaS, or manufacturing exposure who enjoys combining detailed analysis with strategic business partnership.
