IT Fab System Technician

This technician joins the IT operations function supporting systems used by the Phoenix semiconductor fabrication facility. Responsibilities include operating and troubleshooting fab-related applications, documenting knowledge, assisting with system design and implementation, and helping integrate AI-enabled technologies. The position works closely with fab users, business stakeholders, other IT groups, and external providers to resolve issues and improve service performance. It suits a collaborative, adaptable IT professional with strong communication, problem-solving, and SQL capabilities, including candidates early in their careers because training is provided. The job is performed onsite and requires night-shift and occasional holiday or weekend on-call availability.
