Facility VDC/BIM Technician - New Fab Design

This technician will work with BIM leaders, engineers, contractors, and facility users to create coordinated digital models and drawings for building and MEP systems. Responsibilities include running clash detection, resolving model conflicts, maintaining document versions, tracking design deliverables, and supporting space-management workflows. The position also contributes to meetings, lessons-learned records, standard procedures, and field checks comparing modeled systems with actual construction. It is part of TSMC Arizona’s construction and facility organization and requires daily presence at the Phoenix site. The opportunity suits someone with construction-site experience, strong AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks skills, effective communication abilities, and an interest in semiconductor-fab design.
