Ocotillo Technology Fabrication Yield Defect Metrology Shift Group Leader

This manager supervises shift technicians, sets priorities, assigns work, and ensures manufacturing activities meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule expectations. They develop and execute improvement plans using area and shift metrics, while managing employee performance, development, and workplace relations. The position collaborates with engineering, production, module leadership, and vendor support to address equipment and quality concerns and improve EDI and yield performance. It is suited to an experienced semiconductor fabrication or process/yield professional with strong people leadership, communication, problem-solving, and data analysis abilities. The role is based onsite in Phoenix and follows a compressed overnight schedule.
