Design Manager

This position leads engineers, designers, and support personnel through the project design and documentation process. The manager coordinates interdisciplinary reviews, monitors design progress and resources, and maintains alignment with the project execution plan and approved design basis. They also oversee virtual design and construction coordination, document control, handover materials, and resolution of design issues with clients and internal stakeholders. The role is suited to an experienced consulting engineering or design leader who is comfortable managing teams, quality processes, project constraints, and client-facing technical accountability. Familiarity with advanced technology projects and tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, or Navisworks is advantageous.
