Site Controller, FP&A

This position manages site-level finance activities across cost accounting, revenue and spend analysis, inventory control, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning. It prepares operational reviews and financial reporting, tracks project performance, and helps evaluate business cases, pricing, investments, and cost-reduction initiatives. The role acts as a finance partner to manufacturing and development teams while supporting audit and SOX requirements. It suits an experienced finance leader with hands-on manufacturing cost accounting expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with ERP systems and cross-functional stakeholders. Knowledge of US GAAP, government-compliant accounting, revenue recognition, and advanced Excel is important.
