GSOC Operator

This position sits within Axon’s Global Security Operations Center and reports to the Global Security Operations Manager. The operator monitors CCTV, alarms, body-camera feeds, threat intelligence, and communications while responding to medical events, disasters, security concerns, and technical issues. They coordinate with security officers, emergency response teams, law enforcement, fire services, and medical personnel, while maintaining accurate records and protecting sensitive information. The role also contributes to GSOC projects and helps keep security and access-control systems functioning properly. It would suit a calm, detail-oriented professional with security operations experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
