A certificate of occupancy means the city allowed the building to be occupied. It does not by itself show computer equipment in service. The 138 MW shown on this page is a listing site's figure. Permit PMT23-17942 does not say which building its 80 MW refers to, so Arizona AI has not changed the figure.
