Customer Technical Program Manager

Aligned Data Centers is seeking a customer-focused program leader to serve as the primary technical point of contact for data center build and fit-out projects. The role supports contract and lease reviews, translates customer requirements into delivery plans, manages changes and risks, and monitors project performance through completion. It partners closely with internal platform delivery teams, construction and design stakeholders, vendors, and customer representatives. The position also improves repeatable processes by applying feedback, lessons learned, and performance data across the customer portfolio. It suits an experienced construction, engineering, or data center project professional who combines technical knowledge with strong communication, organization, judgment, and relationship-management skills.
