Manager, Purchasing

This position manages the purchasing team and strengthens the company’s external supply network for cost, quality, and delivery performance. The manager selects and evaluates suppliers, negotiates pricing and shared-risk arrangements, organizes supplier engagement activities, and resolves complex purchasing and invoice-related issues. The role also develops employees, applies ISO and Lean practices, improves procurement systems and controls, and prepares analyses on market and global supply chain conditions. Regular collaboration is expected with suppliers, customers, employees, and senior management, including presentations on department results. It would suit an experienced procurement leader with manufacturing or outsourced supply chain expertise, strong ERP and Excel skills, and the ability to guide teams and influence business outcomes.
