Sr. Mgmt, Procurement

This position sits within Raytheon’s LADS Engineered Items Procurement organization and serves as the primary relationship and performance manager for a strategically important supplier. The successful candidate will improve supplier execution across cost, schedule, quality, technical delivery, and contractual commitments, using corrective actions and recovery plans when necessary. They will negotiate complex agreements and modifications, ensure compliance with federal acquisition requirements, and brief senior program and supply chain leaders on risks and progress. The role involves substantial cross-functional collaboration, domestic travel to supplier and RTX locations, and occasional mentoring or leadership of procurement initiatives. It is well suited to an experienced defense procurement professional who can influence suppliers, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in complex, high-visibility programs.
