Spares Product Line Manager

This position leads the development and management of strategies for semiconductor equipment spare parts, using business data to uncover risks, opportunities, and portfolio gaps. The manager coordinates continuous improvement projects, new part business cases, pricing guidance, cost reduction efforts, and product lifecycle decisions. They also review engineering changes, implement customer and supplier notifications, and assess how part changes may affect field service. Working across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, global support, customers, and vendors, the role requires strong influence without formal authority. It would suit a commercially minded product, supply chain, or operations professional with semiconductor equipment or aftermarket parts experience who is comfortable with analysis and complex cross-functional execution.
