Process and Technology Engineer - (E3)

This engineer will design and evaluate process experiments, measure film properties, characterize equipment, and use root-cause analysis to address challenging manufacturing problems. The position supports production and customers across multiple regions while contributing to new technology, product, and measurement-instrument implementation. It also involves preparing technical reports and presentations, working with vendors, and mentoring junior engineers or leading project teams. The role suits an experienced materials or process engineer who can work independently in a dynamic production setting, including night shifts and occasional travel. Candidates with expertise in materials science, thin-film deposition, failure analysis, statistical process control, and data analysis will be especially well prepared.
