Field Service Technician (Exentec)

This position supports Exentec customers by bringing point-of-use gas abatement equipment into operation and resolving system issues in the field. The technician will work extensively onsite, train customers on Exentec product operation and maintenance, and provide expert diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, controls, and process-related problems. When not traveling, the role contributes to engineering tests, final product validation, technical documentation, engineering changes, and improvements to manufacturing and service procedures. The position suits an experienced field service professional who can work independently, interpret schematics, use diagnostic instruments, and collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams. A valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States are required.
