Field Service Engineer 2

This position is part of Lam Research’s Customer Support Business Group, which helps customers maximize the performance and availability of their installed equipment. The engineer performs equipment installations, relocations, maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and component-level troubleshooting on electro-mechanical and electronic systems. They work directly with customers, provide updates, document service activity, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. The role suits an electronics or engineering professional who enjoys practical problem-solving, customer-facing work, and learning specialized semiconductor technology. Candidates should be comfortable working in cleanroom conditions, traveling extensively, and supporting flexible schedules that may include overtime or on-call assignments.
