Senior Cleans Process Engineer

This engineer owns and supports multiple cleans processes and tools, using performance data to reduce defects, scrap, cycle time, downtime, and recurring equipment issues. Working within Front End Operations, the position partners with maintenance, manufacturing, facilities, laboratories, device engineering, peer factories, and equipment suppliers. Responsibilities also include writing specifications, applying Six Sigma and lean methods, planning capacity, leading cross-functional initiatives, and training colleagues. The role suits an experienced semiconductor process engineer who is comfortable managing competing priorities in a 24x7 production environment. Strong candidates bring analytical troubleshooting ability, clear communication, initiative, and familiarity with wet-bench and batch cleaning equipment.
