HVM Senior Field Process Engineer – tALD, PEALD, LPCVD

This engineer will work within ASM’s Global Sales and Services organization as an on-site process specialist supporting installations, ramp-ups, warranty activities, and ongoing production performance. Responsibilities include optimizing deposition processes, designing experiments, analyzing root causes, improving film and tool results, and coordinating corrective actions with customer and ASM teams. The position serves as a technical bridge between customer process and hardware groups and ASM account, service, and innovation teams. It suits an experienced semiconductor engineer who is comfortable with vacuum equipment, metrology, customer engagement, and hands-on problem solving under time pressure. The role may also lead to broader technical leadership, customer strategy, or product development opportunities.
