Technical Lead, AI Application Development

This position sits within Raytheon’s Data, Analytics and AI organization and leads delivery of enterprise software that connects Angular frontends and Java services with AI platforms and internal systems. The successful candidate will shape technical designs, contribute code, oversee testing and deployment, and resolve complex performance, integration, reliability, and security issues. They will also mentor developers, conduct code reviews, promote engineering standards, and help establish technical roadmaps in a Scaled Agile environment. Regular partnership with product owners, architects, AI specialists, business stakeholders, and other engineering groups is central to the role. It suits an experienced software engineer and technical leader who is comfortable owning complex solutions and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
