Senior Engineer II, Global Product Management - Global Spares and Services

This position manages strategic semiconductor accounts and develops service and lifecycle programs that improve customer value while expanding revenue and margins. The engineer partners with product, engineering, sourcing, and regional commercial teams to improve spare-part durability, repair strategies, consumables, pricing, and new-product readiness. The role also contributes to technical escalations and helps ensure new equipment designs are easier and less costly to maintain. Success requires influencing stakeholders across global organizations and building trusted relationships with customers such as Intel, Micron, and TSMC. It suits a technically trained professional with semiconductor equipment or high-technology aftermarket experience who is comfortable combining commercial leadership with detailed product and process understanding.
