Sr. Manager AI & Data Science

This player-coach will guide the development of AI/ML platforms, MLOps capabilities, and LLM workflows while remaining involved in architectural and implementation decisions. The position partners with business, IT, and data engineering leaders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and move data science initiatives from concept through deployment. It also carries responsibility for privacy, transparency, security, and compliance with onsemi’s AI governance standards. The manager will mentor data scientists and machine learning engineers, promote a strong delivery culture, and represent the AI organization in executive and steering forums. It suits an experienced AI leader who combines production engineering expertise with strategic judgment, stakeholder communication, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
