Operational Excellence Manager

This position partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to identify and deliver improvements across multiple manufacturing sites. The manager analyzes workflows, labor utilization, equipment effectiveness, capacity constraints, and operational metrics, while organizing Kaizen events and other improvement projects. They also support production growth, capacity planning, performance reviews, project accountability, and the development of dashboards that measure business results. The role is suited to an experienced manufacturing or continuous improvement professional who can lead cross-functional teams and translate operational data into practical action. It combines office-based analysis and coordination with regular work on the manufacturing floor in a safety-sensitive environment.
