Field Service Engineer - Early Career Opportunity

This position is part of Lam Research’s Customer Support Business Group, which helps customers maintain strong performance and reliability across their installed equipment. The engineer performs on-site installations, relocations, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and equipment updates on electro-mechanical and electronic systems. They analyze problems down to the component level, develop response plans, document service activities, and work closely with customers and internal teams. The role also involves representing Lam professionally, building customer trust, and eventually mentoring less experienced engineers. It suits an engineering graduate with technical troubleshooting ability who is comfortable working in cleanrooms, traveling extensively, and handling variable schedules or on-call assignments.
