Test Systems Sr Principal Execution Lead

This position sits within RTX’s Test Solutions organization and leads independent execution of medium-scale projects or major work packages for test systems. The role coordinates electrical, mechanical, software, and systems engineering activities while maintaining alignment with schedules, budgets, integration milestones, and readiness criteria. It also partners with CAMs, program management, suppliers, and leadership to manage risks, forecasts, earned-value information, and technical changes. The successful candidate will troubleshoot complex hardware and software integration issues and help improve execution processes. This opportunity is well suited to an experienced test-systems or engineering leader who can communicate with senior stakeholders, mentor engineers, and work effectively in a highly regulated defense environment.
