Technical Lead, New Product Development, SiC & Si Power MOSFETs

This position acts as the product-level engineering owner for power MOSFET programs, translating customer and business needs into product requirements and technical decisions. It connects teams spanning device technology, process engineering, packaging, test, reliability, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing to keep global new-product-development efforts aligned. The leader evaluates architecture and packaging choices, manages tradeoffs involving performance, cost, reliability, manufacturability, and timing, and oversees reviews, milestones, and risk mitigation. The role also leads focused problem-solving teams during major technical or execution issues and presents concise, decision-oriented updates to senior leadership. It suits an experienced power semiconductor professional who can combine deep device and packaging knowledge with influential, cross-functional leadership and strong executive communication.
