Project Manager

This position supports an onsemi business unit by overseeing programs from initial requirements through qualification and product release. The manager will guide package technology roadmap activities while connecting engineering, manufacturing, finance, operations, research, and other functions. Success requires building practical project plans, resolving technical or resource obstacles, monitoring financial and schedule performance, and keeping leadership informed of risks and results. The role suits an experienced semiconductor professional who combines packaging knowledge with strong analytical, financial, communication, and team leadership abilities. Travel and participation in meetings across varied working hours may be required.
