Sr. Supplier Performance Manager

This position oversees a cross-functional team responsible for supplier strategy, performance improvement, and alignment with contractual and program objectives. The manager connects operational, technical, sourcing, and commercial concerns to identify problems early and drive effective corrective actions with the assigned supplier. The role also supports supplier development, technology roadmap alignment, executive briefings, and integration of quality and lean practices. It is a remote U.S.-based position with expected domestic travel of approximately 25% to 50%.
