Senior Engineer I, Total Product Support (Epitaxy)

This engineer will act as the product-support authority for newly developed equipment, helping shape designs around customer service, maintenance, and manufacturing needs. They will lead initial lab builds and testing, create service procedures and spare-parts plans, and provide feedback to hardware, controls, process, electrical, and software teams. The position also supports first customer shipments, facility preparation, installation, startup, and qualification at semiconductor fabs. It includes ownership of field issues during early customer deployments and regular international travel.
