Service Delivery Project Manager

This position sits within the People and Change function and supports the planning and execution of a broad Service Delivery transformation program. The manager will coordinate multiple initiatives, guide project contributors, maintain implementation plans and records, and monitor milestones, resources, risks, and outcomes. Success requires building trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organization and partnering with communications teams to support adoption of the changes. The role also contributes project management expertise to related change efforts and helps align interdependent programs. It would suit an experienced project manager with strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills who is comfortable working independently and influencing people at multiple levels.
