Senior Technical Business Analyst – AI Search & Digital Experience

This position sits within NXP IT’s Global Sales and Marketing IT organization, which delivers digital capabilities for sales, marketing, and customer journeys. The analyst will guide search and digital transformation initiatives from requirements discovery and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization. They will evaluate search, AI/ML, automation, and UX options while coordinating distributed engineering teams, stakeholders, vendors, and release activities. Success includes improving search effectiveness, user satisfaction, lead generation, and support efficiency through measurable KPIs and content strategies. It is well suited to an experienced technical business analyst or IT project professional who understands enterprise search, Agile delivery, and modern AI concepts.
