Senior Technical Lead, New Product Development, SiC & Si Power Discretes/Modules

This Engineering Product Owner position provides product-level leadership across the full development lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through qualification and manufacturing readiness. The role coordinates teams spanning technology development, process engineering, packaging, testing, reliability, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing. It requires someone who can influence globally distributed teams without formal authority, lead task forces through difficult technical problems, and maintain strong execution governance. The leader will also communicate product status, risks, tradeoffs, and recovery plans to senior executives in a clear, decision-oriented manner. It is well suited to an experienced power semiconductor professional with deep SiC or silicon device, packaging, reliability, and cross-functional program leadership expertise.
