Principal Specialist (AIM9X/JSOW)

This position acts as a central coordinator for two aerospace defense programs, helping leadership track performance, maintain operating rhythms, and deliver program objectives. The specialist will support production and sustainment activities, prepare executive presentations and customer briefings, participate in senior meetings, and manage program planning and culture initiatives. The role requires substantial independence, sound judgment, and occasional domestic or international travel. It is suited to an experienced project or program professional who wants broader exposure to program management and leadership within Raytheon. The position is onsite in Tucson and requires U.S. citizenship plus an active DoD Secret clearance.
